We have an administrative office, a support center and a production center based in Mumbai, India. Our administrative office is in close proximity to i-flex^® solutions development center from where we can access product and technology support.

	a leased space fitted with modern training facilities for ASP clients, and can provide training to two batches of 30 trainees each simultaneously.
	our Flexcel office has its own data centre equipped with adequate UPS auxiliary air conditioning and LAN facilities. This data center will provide training and testing environment  to its ASP clients to facilitate quicker branch rollouts and faster product launching.
	other infrastructure facilities include 24-hour helpdesk facilities to manage the ASP banks support functions.
	Flexcel has leased data center space from Tata Internet's IDC facilities located near SEEPZ, Andheri for its production center. This has enabled the company to straightaway acquire state-of-art data center facilities for its ASP clients.

	ongoing scalability for its growing business.The support center comprises a dedicated team of technical and functional support staff working on a 24X7 basis supporting its clients. They provide all support relating to FLEXCUBE applications like responding to queries, undertaking parameter changes, problem resolution, etc.
