The Board of Directors of the Company has on July 15, 2008 approved the change of name of the Company from ‘i-flex solutions Limited’ to ‘Oracle Financial Services Software Limited’ subject to the approval of the members and other necessary approvals.

For this purpose, an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company is convened on Monday, August 11, 2008.
