• Good exposure to wealth management
• Posses good understanding of front, middle and back office processing
• Exposure to securities operations and investment accounting
• Have good understanding of Equities, fixed income, derivatives , mutual fund processing
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Should have exposure to writing business specs and functional specs
• Experience in business/data modeling using UML Methodology and tools like Rational Requisite Pro, Rational Rose will be a plus
• Familiarity with SDLC will be an added advantage

• Run requirement meetings with large numbers of users
• Self-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently as well as in a team based on need

Responsibilities:

• Interact with client to understand the business requirements
• Document the business requirement and functional specification document
• Work closely with the development team for business knowledge transfer
• Conduct/support functional testing to ensure proper implementation of the requirements
• Support multiple development and testing teams in interpretation of the requirements
• Provide application (functional) training to end users
