• Should have good exposure to Portfolio Management and Accounting arena
• Exposure to securities operations and investment accounting
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Should have exposure to writing business specs and functional specs
• Experience in business/data modeling using UML Methodology and tools like Rational Requisite Pro, Rational Rose will be a plus
• Familiarity with SDLC will be an added advantage

• Ability to run requirement meetings with large numbers of users
• Self-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently as well as part of a team based on need

Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients to understand the business requirements
• Document the business requirement and functional specification document
• Work closely with the development team to transfer business knowledge
• Must also conduct/support functional testing to ensure proper implementation of the requirements
• Support multiple development and testing teams in interpretation of the requirements
• Provide application (functional) training to end users
