Skills Required:

	7+ years of Oracle 9i Application Server, MQ Series, Websphere, Weblogic, Webmethod, TIBCO. Providing solutions for real-time, mission critical applications is mandatory
	Experience in any RDBMS, UML/OO Technologies, Rational Rose would be an advantage
	3 – 10 years of IT experience (Banking & Finance domain experience is mandatory), exposure to quality processes, SDLC concepts and technical expertise
