- Minimum 7 years experience of IT services sales
in the banking/financial services space
- Thorough and deep understanding of financial
services market in the Middle East and Africa regions
- Selling IT services and solutions to financial
services customers
- Successful sales track-record in winning large
deals; consistent achievement of targets is an important
aspect
- Experience in winning large deals and managing
multi-customer relationships
- Identify potential leads independently (or with
others) through networking, and/or other sources
- Develop customer awareness and relationships
with prospects through personal meetings, presentations,
speaker engagements, business networking, telephone
calls, personal e-mails, personal mails, business
forums, and/or other business or social gatherings
- Should have a good understanding of onsite-offshore
model to deliver quality IT services
- Sound services/solution knowledge (technical
knowledge is desirable)
- Perseverant and customer-oriented approach with
commercial and business acumen
- The candidate should be a self starter and highly
motivated to take on the challenge of penetrating
new accounts and markets
- Be self driven with a passion to sell
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal
skills are pre-requisites
