Candidate must have extensive expertise in the the following areas:

• Understanding user requirements and solution approach, implementation of FLEXCUBE and support, experience in stress testing/tuning, interfaces
• Writing/understanding technical and functional specifications
• Development of onsite features including patches
• Managing customer interaction
• Adopting technical solution approach for a given problem

• Expertise in areas of Oracle platform (10g) - Database-PL/SQL
• Forms and Reports - Reporting tools such as Business Objects
• Knowledge of HTML/XML
• Minimum of 3-10 years of experience in development, implementation, testing and support of banking/financial applications
• Exposure to Russian banking practices (mandatory)
• Good understanding of Russian regulations and central bank reporting is a must
• Good understanding of technical architecture of financial applications
• Proficiency in Russian and English (spoken)
• Ability to interact with the customers independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
