Candidate must have functional expertise in one or more areas of the following:

• Russian central bank regulations
• Russian accounting practices
• Local payments and cash operations
• Anti-Money Laundering and monetary control
• Asset management, securities, derivatives, treasury products
• Trade finance
• Central bank reporting
• Risk management

• Banking/IT background with experience in the above areas of banking
• 5-10 years of experience with reputed banks/IT consultancy focusing on banking domain
• Understanding user requirements and documentation
• Proficiency in Russian and English (spoken)
• Good exposure to IT implementation projects
• Experience in managing customer relationships, Gap Analysis, requirement study and implementation of solutions is a must
