Manager Recruitment
Description:
Develop and implement strategic staffing initiatives to meet business needs
Develop and monitor implementation of sourcing plans to attract quality applicants
Measure individual team performance against pre-defined targets, evaluate an alternate course of action to increase throughput
Increase the effectiveness of the selection cum hiring phase in close partnership with delivery units
Assess middle-senior level candidates to check their suitability for employment and growth within the organization
Train and manage the activities of the recruitment specialist(s) to ensure compliance with pre-defined SLAs with internal customers
Qualification :
BE/MBA/graduate/post graduate management diploma
Experience :
8-12 years experience in HRM, with at least 4 years hands-on experience in the recruitment function of a 300+ IT company OR leading/managing the recruitment function of a 300+ SBU within a large IT consultancy/product company
Hands-on experience in volume-based hiring at entry/experienced level
Knowledge of market intelligence-based sourcing will be an added advantage
