For Associate Consultant positions:
- Good knowledge of EAI, EIM, workflow and configuration required
- At least 1 year (plus) experience in Siebel implementation
- EAI, UCM know how will be desirable
- Good analytical and logical skills
- Good interpersonal skills
For 'Consultant' positions:
- Good know how of EAI, EIM, workflow and configuration required
- Good understanding of estimation models like FPA, TCM amongst others.
- Sound knowledge of project delivery processes
- Good understanding of technical issues. Must be able to play the technical lead in a project
- Excellent interpersonal skills
