Using UML for designing
Object-oriented analysis and design
Developing architecture components
Driving and completing proof of concepts independently
Leading a team with a minimum team size of 2
Co-ordinating on-site and offshore projects
Adhering to the internal quality processes
Education:
B.E (computer science / engineering) / B.E - other branches with exposure to IT/MCA/MCM
Experience:
7-10 years of hands-on experience in software design and development
At least 2 years of experience in architecting J2EE applications
Must have managed design and architecture independently for small- to mid-size projects
Expertise in J2EE, application servers, messaging platforms and struts
Expertise in Rational Rose and Erwin
Sound knowledge in RDBMS
Must be well versed in fine tuning J2EE applications
Able to multitask and interact comfortably with internal customers
Good oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Domain experience in BFSI
